MedGarGaming reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or ban any user account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for behaviour deemed harmful to the community.

All original content, design, logos, and trademarks on MedGarGaming are the property of MedGarGaming and may not be reproduced without explicit permission. Game titles, anime names, and related assets belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and community purposes.

Our platform may contain links to external websites (streaming services, storefronts, social media). MedGarGaming is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

MedGarGaming is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedGarGaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
